The Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg is expected to make a manifold increase in Maharashtra’s contribution to the country’s industrial growth. It will also generate employment on a large scale. Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), the implementing authority of the project, has taken the initiative to provide skill development training so that skilled labour, which will then be required, is made available locally from the regions along the expressway itself. The development of the new towns and expressway is expected to generate self-employment opportunities, for which skilled human resources will be required on a large scale. Against this backdrop, MSRDC has implemented a skill development training programme. The main objective of this initiative is to provide skill development training to the family members of those landowners whose lands have been acquired for the project and make them employment-ready in the future.
बांधकाम कंपन्यांनी केले कौशल्य विकास
The construction of the Samruddhi Expressway has been divided into 16 packages. Skill development training programmes have been organised under the management of the construction packages in their respective neighbouring areas. Under this initiative, 30 candidates have completed their multi-skilled technician training managed by the construction package at Ghaigaon-Jambargaon (Tal. Vaijapur) in Aurangabad district. MSRDC provided the trainers and notes from the syllabus, and on completion of the course, the candidates were certified by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).

महाराष्ट्र राज्य इनोव्हेशन सोसायटी यांच्याकडून नोंदणीकृत नवउद्योगांची (स्टार्ट-अप) यादी महामंडळाने प्राप्त केली आहे. यादीमध्ये समावेश असलेल्या एका संस्थेला एका खासगी कंपनीच्या आस्थापनेवर कार्यरत असलेल्या जनसेटच्या धुरापासून शाई तयार करून देण्यासाठी सहकार्य करण्यात आले. पोर्टेबल शीतगृह निर्माण करणाऱ्या उद्योगाची माहिती समृद्धी महामार्ग परिसरातील गावांमध्ये देण्यात आली.
निःशुल्क ऑनलाइन कौशल्य विकास प्रशिक्षण
Since actual training had to be stopped owing to the current lockdown situation, the corporation has initiated registration for free-of-cost online training in association with renowned NGOs in the state. This initiative has seen an overwhelming response, with 216 candidates registered for the same.
In association with Government’s skill development training programme, various other skill development training schemes including the Pramod Mahajan Kaushalya Udyojakta Vikas Abhiyan (PMKUVA), Kiman Kaushalya Vikas Karyakram, Udyojakata Vikas Karyakram are being implemented by the state government. Similarly, schemes such as Deendayal Upadhyay Gramin Kaushalya Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Rashtriya Nagari Upajivika Abhiyan, Mitcon, and RSETI Skill Development Training Programme under the leading district level banks are being implemented by the central government.
The prospective candidates for the skill development training programme from the villages around the Samruddhi Expressway are being contacted with the help of communicators and are encouraged to join the programme. So far, 150 candidates have registered and trained for skill development training. With the participation of aspiring youth from the regions along the Samruddhi Expressway in various government skill development training schemes, there is no need for the corporation to set up its own skills development training system. To provide employment opportunities based on skill development training in the areas along the expressway and encourage the candidates, the senior officers of the corporation have interacted with the trainees by making direct visits to various skill development training institutes.
श्री. कमलाकर फंड, मुख्य प्रशासक (नवनगरे), श्री भरत बस्तेवाड, मुख्य महाव्यवस्थापक (भूमी) आणि डॉ. विवेक घोडके, एमएसआरडीसीचे उपजिल्हाधिकारी हे अमरावती येथील विद्याभारती संस्थेला भेट देऊन ड्रायव्हर-कम- मेकॅनिक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रममध्ये सहभागी प्रशिक्षणार्थींशी संवाद साधतांना.
औरंगाबाद येथे प्रशिक्षणार्थी उमेदवारांसाठी प्लंबर आणि इलेक्ट्रिशियन प्रशिक्षण शिबिराचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. या शिबिरात औरंगाबाद, अमरावती, वाशिम आणि बुलढाणा जिल्ह्यातील उमेदवार उपस्थित होते.
तरूणांना प्रशिक्षणासाठी प्रोत्साहन
शासनाच्या विविध कौशल्य विकास प्रशिक्षण योजनांमध्ये राज्य शासनातर्फे प्रमोद महाजन कौशल्य व उद्योजकता विकास अभियान, किमान कौशल्य विकास कार्यक्रम, उद्योजकता विकास कार्यक्रम तर केंद्र सरकारतर्फे दीनदयाळ उपाध्याय ग्रामीण कौशल्य योजना, प्रधानमंत्री कौशल्य विकास योजना, राष्ट्रीय नागरी उपजीविका अभियान, आर-सेटी मिटकॉन या प्रशिक्षण योजना जिल्ह्यातील अग्रगण्य बँकांअंतर्गत केंद्र सरकारकडून राबवण्यात येत आहेत.

रोजगार इच्छुकांच्या माहितीचे संकलन
Information about the number of students in the district, traditional occupations, local resources are being collected with the help of local teachers. Along with this, data of people in the age group of 18 to 45 in the areas along the Samruddhi Expressway is being collected in the prescribed format with the help of rural employment workers. The corporation is trying to prepare a list of all the job seekers in the village and provide them opportunities as per their qualifications. The corporation plans to market local products of self-help groups in the proposed new towns.

बचत गटांच्या स्थानिक उत्पादनांना बाजारपेठ
प्रस्तावित कृषी केंद्रात (नवनगर) बचत गटांच्या स्थानिक उत्पादनांना बाजारपेठ मिळवून देण्याचे महामंडळाचे नियोजन आहे. प्रकल्प संचालक, जिल्हा ग्रामीण विकास यंत्रणा आणि जिल्हा समन्वयक, महिला आर्थिक विकास महामंडळ यांच्याकडे महामार्ग परिसरातील गावांमधील बचत गटांची सदस्यसंख्या आणि उत्पादन यांच्यासह इतर माहिती जमा करण्यात येत आहे. अमरावती, जालना, वाशीम आणि औरंगाबाद जिल्ह्यातील महिला बचत गटांची माहिती संकलित करण्यात आली असून इतर जिल्ह्यांमध्येही हे काम सुरू आहे. क्रीडा साहित्य निर्मिती, हस्तकलेच्या वस्तू तयार करणे, अन्न आणि फळ प्रक्रिया, खेळणी, चामडी वस्तू, आयुर्वेदिक औषधी, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वस्तू, प्लास्टिक उत्पादने यांसारख्या उत्पादनांची निर्मिती बचत गटांकडून करण्यासाठी नियोजन केले जात आहे.
लघु उद्योगांच्या माहितीचे संकलन
The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), in collaboration with MSMEs, is compiling a list of micro-enterprises in the areas along the Samruddhi Expressway that can be set up by landowners with a low investment. Under this project report, the total cost of setting up the industry, availability of raw materials, the market for manufactured goods, and employment opportunities. The main objective of the corporation is to encourage the landowners to become entrepreneurs.

Samruddhi Expressway will pass through 10 districts and 392 villages. Information about the number of students in the district, traditional occupations, local resources are being collected with the help of local teachers. Information from around 54 villages in the Washim district has been collected, and data collection in the remaining districts is in progress
जमिन एकत्रीकरण योजना
Development projects open up a new avenue for employment. New Infrastructure development projects are proposed to improve connectivity that allows for fast movement of goods and services and connects major hubs. Infrastructure development is foresightedly done to provide new employment opportunities and increase industrial, agricultural growth, and allied activities. The infrastructure and cultural development provide growth opportunities to the adjoining areas as well. Megaprojects that are required to power the economy and create jobs often get stuck at the land acquisition stage to complete the project. Land ownership in vast parts of India is fragmented and disorganised, making the direct acquisition a challenge for a private entity. These lands are acquired for projects which serve a ‘public purpose.’ Besides, land-owners might end up with an unfair deal.
Under this scheme, the government of Maharashtra has taken utmost care of transparency in the process of land acquisition, rehabilitation, and restoration helps the landowners to get fair compensation and strengthens the economy.
