The objective of this mAurangabad, July 27, 2017: After land acquisition process began in six districts, the state government today registered first sale deed in Aurangabad district for Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg. The event was held at Bendewadi village in Aurangabad taluka of the district where Mr. Sarjerao Yeduba Shejwal and Mr. Shamrao Runjaji Hivrale signed sale deed in the presence of Divisional Commissioner Mr. Purshottam Bhapkar.
District Collector Mr. Naval Kishore Ram, Additional Collector (Jalna and Buldhana) Mr. Jagdish Miniyar, Superintending Engineer (MSRDC) Mr. Sunil Deshmukh, Executive Engineer (MSRDC) Mr. Vikram Jadhav and Deputy Collector Mr. Hanumant Argunde were also present on the occasion.
Mr. Sarjerao Shejwal has agreed to give away 0.2297 R of land while Mr. Shamrao Hivrale gave away 0.7485 R of land for the project. They received compensation of Rs 11.88 lakh and Rs. 68.78 lakh respectively.
In Aurangabad district, the state government will be acquiring 1683.91 Ha of land. Speaking on the development, VCMD, MSRDC Mr. Radheshyam Mopalwar said, “We are happy with the excellent support from land holders (farmers) across all 10 districts for the land purchases through direct land purchase. We have geared up with all the back end support in order to handle the huge task of the land purchases for the Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg. Land purchases have started in 7 districts and would start in remaining 3 districts by this Saturday.”
The first sale deed for the project, also known as Nagpur Mumbai Super Communication Expressway (NMSCEW) was registered at Hingna tehsil in Nagpur district on July 13, 2017. After that the process commenced in Thane, Wardha, Washim, Buldhana and Jalna districts.
